Terms of service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These Terms of Service govern purchases made through Wy-Co and use of our website. By placing an order with Wy-Co, submitting artwork, approving a proof, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Custom Products
Many Wy-Co products are made or decorated specifically for each customer. This includes embroidered products, leather patch hats, DTF-decorated apparel, dye-sublimated products, laser-engraved products, personalized merchandise, and other custom items.
Because customized products are produced specifically for the customer, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production-related work has begun. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for additional information.
Artwork and Customer-Supplied Content
By submitting a logo, design, photograph, trademark, name, wording, or other artwork to Wy-Co, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it.
You authorize Wy-Co to reproduce, modify, resize, digitize, engrave, print, embroider, sublimate, or otherwise prepare the submitted artwork as reasonably necessary to produce your order.
Wy-Co is not responsible for claims arising from artwork, trademarks, copyrighted material, or other content supplied by a customer without proper authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork or orders that we believe may violate applicable law or the rights of another person or business.
Artwork Preparation and Digitizing
Customer artwork may require cleanup, conversion, digitizing, resizing, simplification, or other preparation before production.
Any applicable artwork, digitizing, setup, or design fees will be disclosed through the product page, ordering process, invoice, or communication with the customer when applicable.
Artwork preparation may involve reasonable adjustments necessary for the selected production method. For example, embroidery may require changes to fine details, small lettering, line thickness, or colors in order to produce a usable embroidered design.
Proofs and Customer Approval
When a digital proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval, including spelling, wording, colors, artwork, placement, size, orientation, and other customization details.
Production may begin once the proof has been approved.
Wy-Co is not responsible for errors that were visible in and approved on a customer-approved proof.
Digital proofs are visual representations and may not perfectly reproduce the appearance, dimensions, texture, or color of the finished physical product.
Orders Without a Proof
Some products or orders may allow customers to proceed without requesting a digital proof.
When a customer chooses to proceed without a proof, Wy-Co will produce the order based on the artwork and customization information submitted by the customer. The customer remains responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is correct.
Product and Color Variations
Colors displayed on monitors, phones, digital proofs, photographs, and other screens may vary from the appearance of the finished product.
Minor differences can also occur between production methods, garment dye lots, hat materials, thread colors, leather, printed transfers, sublimated products, laser engraving, and individual product batches.
Natural materials such as leather may contain variations in color, texture, grain, markings, or appearance. Reasonable variations of this nature are not considered defects.
Sizing and Product Specifications
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct products, sizes, colors, styles, and quantities before submitting an order.
Sizing can vary between manufacturers and product styles. When available, customers should review the manufacturer's sizing information before ordering.
Wy-Co is not responsible for incorrect size selections made by the customer unless the incorrect product was supplied by Wy-Co.
Pricing and Quantity Discounts
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Many Wy-Co products are eligible for quantity-based pricing. Quantity discounts, mix-and-match eligibility, minimum quantities, and customization inclusions may vary by product.
The pricing displayed on the applicable product page or confirmed through an invoice at the time of purchase will govern that order.
Wy-Co reserves the right to correct pricing, product-description, or configuration errors before production begins. If a significant pricing error affects an order, we will contact the customer before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms shown during checkout or on the applicable invoice.
Orders may not enter production until required payment has been received.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, declined, or otherwise not completed, Wy-Co may suspend or cancel production until the issue is resolved.
Production Times
Production times vary by product, quantity, artwork requirements, customization method, and current workload.
Any production time shown on the website is an estimate unless Wy-Co has specifically confirmed a deadline in writing.
We strive to ship most custom hat orders within approximately 10 days, but larger, specialty, or more complex orders may require additional time.
Customers with a firm event or deadline should contact Wy-Co before ordering to confirm whether the requested timeline can be accommodated.
Shipping
Production time and shipping or transit time are separate.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by conditions outside Wy-Co's control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information regarding shipping, tracking, damaged packages, and delivery issues.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because custom products may require artwork preparation, ordering of blank goods, setup, and production work, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.
Customers should contact Wy-Co immediately if a change or cancellation is needed.
If production-related work has already begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.
Customer-Supplied Products
If Wy-Co agrees to decorate merchandise supplied by a customer, additional terms or limitations may apply.
Decoration processes involve equipment, heat, pressure, needles, lasers, inks, adhesives, and other production methods that can occasionally damage a product.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customer-supplied merchandise is provided at the customer's risk. Wy-Co is not responsible for replacing customer-supplied products that are damaged during normal production processes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Products and Suppliers
Wy-Co may source blank garments, hats, drinkware, transfers, materials, or other components from third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
Availability, product specifications, colors, materials, and styles may change without notice.
If a selected item becomes unavailable before production, Wy-Co may contact the customer regarding an appropriate substitution or other resolution.
Intellectual Property
Wy-Co retains ownership of original design work, production files, digitized embroidery files, templates, mockups, production methods, and other materials created by Wy-Co unless ownership is specifically transferred in writing.
Payment for artwork preparation or digitizing does not automatically transfer ownership of Wy-Co's underlying production files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer-owned logos, trademarks, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
Photography and Finished Work
Wy-Co may photograph completed products and use those photographs for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional, and other marketing purposes.
Customers who do not want their completed products photographed or displayed must notify Wy-Co in writing before production begins.
Unless such a request is received before production, the customer grants Wy-Co permission to photograph and display the finished products for promotional purposes.
This permission applies only to photographs or representations of the completed products and does not transfer ownership of the customer's logo, trademark, or other intellectual property to Wy-Co.
Refusal of Service
Wy-Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content, or when fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or third-party rights.
If Wy-Co cancels an order before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, any applicable payment for uncompleted work will be handled appropriately.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wy-Co's responsibility for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products or services.
Wy-Co is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, missed events, business interruption, or other consequential damages arising from delays, carrier issues, customer-supplied information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing, availability, photographs, descriptions, and specifications accurate. However, errors or changes may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change products, or discontinue products when necessary.
Changes to These Terms
Wy-Co may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
